6-10Ton/h High Output WEEE Waste plastic Recycling Line

E-waste is a general term for all kinds of electronics near the end of their "service life", including used computers, mobile phones, TV VCD machines, speakers, photocopiers, fax machines and other common electronic products. As a result of technological progress and price decline, many of these products are far from reaching the actual life of the user will face the fate of elimination. A large proportion of e-waste should be reused, refurbished or made from its constituent materials. however,The reality is that recycling is not happening fast enough to keep up with waste. How to properly solve the problem of electronic waste disposal has become a practical issue that cannot be ignored with the development of electronic information industry. The amount of electronic waste is not only huge, but also serious harm, improper disposal will cause serious harm to people and the environment.

At present, the resource utilization of electronic waste is becoming a global topic, and the research and development of the recycling and treatment technology and equipment of electronic waste is a very meaningful work, but also a very advanced and difficult work. The establishment of effective electronic product waste recycling system, not only can effectively improve the human living environment, but also can greatly improve people's health level. Moreover, it provides a good measure to solve the problem of relative shortage of global resources and energy. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of circular economy.

Waste plastic holds a large proportion in the electronic waste, commonly used as shell of computer, TV sets, washing machines, the main material is PE, PP, PA, ABS, PVC, AS, PC, POM, MPPO, PET, PBT, PSF etc, according to the properties of various materials,  Kitech Team developed different recycling schemes, through sorting, crushing, washing, drying, granulation process, we can reuse the waste plastic.

Kitech has just completed one 10-ton WEEE washing and recycling line for Japanese customers. We hope to make our own contribution to the e-waste recycling industry through our continuous efforts in the future.
